Delivery

All orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) will be shipped on the same day and will be delivered the next working day for UK mainland addresses. Orders to other locations will take 2-3 working days. Orders received after 2pm will be shipped on the next working day.

You will receive an email from us notifiying you that your order has been dispatched. The courier will also email you to notify you that they are in receipt of your parcel. On the day of delivery you will receive an email/text from the courier with your 1hr ETA slot. They will also provide you at this time with the option to change your delivery day or to leave the item in a save place if you will not be avaialble at your delivery slot.
